Karlstad, SE Simplification e-service for entrepreneurs

The Municipality of Karlstad launched a Simplification e-service to facilitate the business community by allowing entrepreneurs to submit comments directly to the administration. The Simplification e-service was created to improve the municipality's relationship with the business community by creating a single point of contact for complaints and suggestions. Any entrepreneurs who have experienced any unnecessarily difficult interactions with the municipality are encouraged to use the e-service.
