The city previously used NDL's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software for information updates across 25 services. RPA bots were trained by NDL and Norwich City Council for automated responses to Debt Respite Scheme requests. Approved requests lead to debt pauses in six departments followed by real-time updates based on debtor interactions with the council.
