London Borough of Havering partnered with local organisations to distribute food and supplies to vulnerable residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Council used Adult Social Care records and a list provided by NHS to identify 3,600 residents deemed extremely vulnerable. The Council worked with the Havering Volunteer Centre to map the comprehensive list of residents and create Havering's Emergency Food Distribution Centre.
