The City of Sacramento updated its 311 customer service with a redesigned mobile app, Sac311, and new community web portal. This update allows users to log their service requests, view a map of service requests in their area, and track pending service requests submitted by other users. The goal of this project was to improve transparency and accessibility for municipal service requests.
