Fingal County Council partnered with Enterprise Ireland and Smart Dublin to launch the “Unheard Voices Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Challenge”. As part of SBIR, the Council collaborated with Smart Futures to develop the "Fingal Voices" citizen engagement app. Users can access public consultations, gain points by engaging, and exchange points for gifts at local retailers. Engagement actions include voting, rating and commenting on consultations and submitting suggestions or feedback.
