Improving user experience while reducing costs

The public transport agencies of Erfurt (EVAG) and Mittelthüringen (VMT) faced costly vending machines and inflexible fares. To address these challenges, the agencies implemented a user-friendly mobile ticketing app using Check-In Check-Out-technology provided by FAIRTIQ. With a swipe on their phone, users ban complexity and cash from their rides - including a best price guarantee on weekly basis. This way, the award-winning project addresses changes in the way we work and live.
