Improving user experience while reducing costs
The public transport agencies of Erfurt (EVAG) and Mittelthüringen (VMT) faced costly vending machines and inflexible fares. To address these challenges, the agencies implemented a user-friendly mobile ticketing app using Check-In Check-Out-technology provided by FAIRTIQ. With a swipe on their phone, users ban complexity and cash from their rides - including a best price guarantee on weekly basis. This way, the award-winning project addresses changes in the way we work and live.

Per sofort genügt ein Wisch nach rechts auf dem eigenen Smartphone, um im VMT kontaktlos einen gültigen Fahrschein zu lösen. Möglich macht's FAIRTIQ. Denn im VMT-Gebiet ist das gesamte Angebot des öffentlichen Verkehrs nun per einfachem Check-In-Check-Out Ticketing erschlossen. Fahrgäste profitieren zudem erstmals vom Bestpreis für Fahrscheine auch auf Wochenbasis und sparen damit bares Geld.
