This planning feat is possible through service centers co-hosted with community organizations, self-service kiosks, and pop-up hubs. Council officials selected 19 areas for potential implementation of this concept. Residents of targeted areas will shape their 20-Minute Neighbourhoods through ongoing workshops and surveys.
