Contactless payment points outside four buildings allow residents to donate £3 with quick taps of their bank cards. One hundred percent of donations are sent to the council-backed Homeless Partnership. This coalition uses contributions to cover temporary housing, counseling services, and other resources for rough sleepers. Council leaders will evaluate the success of these initial points as they consider additional donation options.
