Cheyenne and OpenCities redesigned the municipal, police department, and Board of Public Utilities websites. Each page allows a reader to highlight text and select Listen, Dictionary, or Translate. The Listen feature turns text into audio with optional automatic scrolling for those who struggle to navigate pages. Website users can read or listen to dictionary definitions of selected terms. Online text can be converted into 18 languages ranging from Arabic to Swedish.
