The Access Harrow communication system used prior to the pandemic was insufficient for a largely remote service team. Borough officials and 8x8 implemented a cloud-based platform for 160 customer service professionals working out of the office. This system allows team members to speak with residents by voice or chat and easily access records of previous contacts. 8x8's cloud contact platform analyzes interactions and shapes borough responses to community needs.
