The program sought grant applications from local businesses and organizations with innovative tourism ideas. Applicants answered questions about potential project impacts, outside funding, and implementation timelines in their Expressions of Interest. West Wimmera asked finalists for presentations to local officials prior to funding decisions. Two applicants received up to AUD 30,000 each for projects that complemented attractions like the regional Silo Art Trail.
