Small businesses in Fulham start by signing up for a free one-year membership with Zipcar for Business. A dedicated reservation form allows interested parties to reserve times for the Renault electric van. Project partner Fulham Broadway Business Improvement District walks participants through the vehicle's features before they complete deliveries and service calls. Local officials plan to expand the program elsewhere in the borough by the end of 2021.
