Tampa, FL Moovit Mobility-as-a-Service Transit Equity

Tampa recruited 200 residents for a six-month pilot of the Moovit platform. Participants use Moovit for multimodal commute planning based on real-time data about public transit and micro-mobility availability. Moovit worked with the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) on integrating mobile ticketing into the app. The city's Mobility team asks participants to complete short monthly surveys and provide feedback through an online portal.
