The official economic development authority for the City of Atlanta, Invest Atlanta, partnered with Ygrene to launch a clean energy financing programme. The programme will make $500 million available to commercial property owners for clean energy upgrades. The programme was created to help achieve a citywide goal of transitioning to 100% renewable energy by the year 2035. The programme will offer multiple property types 100% fixed rate, off-balance-sheet financing with terms up to 20 years.
