Brighton & Hove City Council has rolled out a new centralized asset management system called Confirm from Brightly Software to oversee its highways network, including roads, street lighting, signs, rights of way, and EV charging points. The platform replaces an outdated, manual legacy system by centralizing data and providing mobile tools that allow inspectors and contractors to capture photos and upload information directly from the field.
