London Borough of Havering partnered with Havering College to launch the #OnTrack management apprenticeship campaign. The #OnTrack apprenticeship provides skills training opportunities for the Council's middle-tier managers. The Council designed this investment in staff members as part of its commitment to improving services for the community.

In just over two weeks, the campaign more than doubled the number of staff enrolled in the #OnTrack management apprenticeship, promoting Havering as the leading London borough with the largest cohort of management apprentices in 2020. The Council was awarded the silver award in the communications category at the Public Sector Transformation Awards 2020 for the #OnTrack campaign.
