The city-owned Louisville Water Company chose KloudGin to replace a 30-year manual management process. Treatment facilities first used the AI-enabled platform and mobile app to address service requests in outlying areas. The utility scaled KloudGin for use across Louisville with particular success in tracing potential leaks via mobile mapping. This platform automates timekeeping, work assignments, and service updates based on field use of the KloudGin app.
