Ontario, CA adds 24/7 AI voice assistant to Ask Ontario city services

24/7 AI phone line for city info and requests

The City of Ontario expanded its Ask Ontario digital assistant with an AI-powered voice service, letting residents call (866) 393-6107 around the clock to get information, submit service requests and connect with City staff. It builds on the existing website chat, which supports more than 70 languages. Ask Ontario was developed with Citibot and uses generative AI and machine learning to answer a wide range of inquiries.
