Bellevue officials worked with Microsoft to deploy an AI-enabled chatbot from the city's website. Residents click on the chat button, select from six languages, and enter their questions about COVID-19 services. This bot answers more than 95 distinct questions and adds to this inventory as the city updates relevant pages. MyBellevue refers residents to departmental contacts if it is unable to answer questions.
