The city of Charleroi organized a Digital Inclusion Fair consisting of conferences, discussions, workshops, and trainings for digitally vulnerable residents. The city partnered with CPAS and the Service des Ainés to offer residents assistance with online services including tax declarations, banking, city forms, computer maintenance, etc. The city also partnered with WeTechCare and TechnofuturTIC to offer basic computer skills training courses on using a mouse, sending an email, etc.
