The survey was created to determine how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted individuals renting their homes from private landlords. Participants were invited to join Tenant Pulse with the chance to win £150 shopping vouchers. The Council used the survey feedback to inform plans for the delivery of private tenant services in the following year.
