The City of Prince George partnered with Emergency Management BC to pilot a new digital registration system. The online system was designed to reduce the time needed to register evacuees and decrease the number of staff and volunteers needed at the city's Emergency Reception Centre. The City trained over 250 staff members to use the system when registering evacuees for supports such as food and accommodations.
