Belfast installed 16 blue benches to promote the Public Health Agency's Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing. Each bench lists the recommended steps - Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give - along with a QR code for more information. The bench graphic also includes a wellness website from the Belfast Health Development Unit with tips for residents of all ages.
