Residents store and pick up items for free during the six-month pilot. Visitors to the Nihtisilta Reuse Centre drop online sales and other items into the lockers for up to four days. Recipients receive mobile messages when their packages are ready for collection. Noutoboksi users provide feedback on the project via follow-up surveys. Espoo, Kierrätyskeskus, and Punta Oy designed this trial to determine how best to facilitate new trading methods.
