Project Succeeded

In the city's last community satisfaction survey, 79 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with the city's communications — an increase of 6 percent over the last survey. City staff attributes some of this growth to increased transparency and engagement fostered through Facebook Live. The City advises though that clear ground rules for commenters/comments are needed (see first link).
