Purmerend, NH Starter Loan First-Time Homebuyers Costs

Purmerend approved a 1.2-million euro fund for first-time buyers. Eligible applicants live or work in the municipality and purchase homes priced under the National Mortgage Guarantee limit. The Starter Loan fund offers up to 20% of the purchase or a maximum of 45,000 euros per recipient.
