Eligible city employees earn less than $95,350 per year as full-time employees or part-time employees who also pursue higher education. The TOOTRiS platform will be used for childcare scheduling and the disbursement of pilot benefits. City officials are using the pilot to determine how best to serve thousands of employees facing rising childcare costs.
