The feedback service pilot seeks resident comments on environmental, housing, property management, and traffic issues. A simple form asks for the user's name, feedback topic, and comments. This system sends feedback directly to assigned staff members rather than filtering through multiple contacts. City staffers easily update residents on how their feedback will be addressed. Pilot data will shape a citywide rollout of the service by the end of 2021.
