Vantaa worked with Finnish startup Neuvo Inc. Global to integrate Botti into the city's website. Botti uses public health resources to respond to questions about COVID-19 symptoms, testing, and vaccination. The AI-enabled bot uses machine learning to translate English text into 100 languages. Participants are encouraged to submit feedback through Botti during the three-month pilot as city officials may extend the bot into other service areas.
