Marseille, PAC deploys self-service electric bikes

The City of Marseille partnered with Lime and Dott to deploy 2,000 self-service electric bikes for residents. The city established strict parking regulations stating that the bicycles may only be picked up and stored in geolocated parking spaces that do not disrupt mobility for pedestrians. The city is also launching a program to create places for the bicycles on the roads throughout the territory to reduce the impact of sidewalks.
