London Borough of Lambeth partnered with PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide to provide suicide prevention training sessions. The Council facilitated nine half-day training sessions for 270 staff members, volunteers, and residents across the borough. In particular, PAPYRUS worked with schools, council staff, housing staff, social workers, and the LGBTQ community. The training were offered as part of the Council's strategy to create a suicide safer community through awareness.
