Miami-Dade County transformed the Office of the Commission Auditor's (OCA) annual Performance Measures Report through technology, data visualization, and a focus on service delivery. The OCA implemented Microsoft BowerBI to automatically access county departmental information and create detailed reports; used GIS platforms to geocode data and translate it into geographic views; and integrated the Social Progress Imperative index to measure how well the county provides for the community.
