An overview page visualizes council motion types, outcomes, and statuses by year and department. This internal dashboard helps department heads plan budgetary and staff requests, while town leaders can monitor project progress. Ajax developed the dashboard as part of a data visualization initiative that also produced a fire incident map and a snow removal app.

Cadcorp's SIS WebMap app integration with the existing Report It tool supports map-based reports of issues like missing bins and excessive noise. This cloud-based tool replaces web-based GIS mapping for 300 council employees. Miami-Dade County transformed the Office of the Commission Auditor's (OCA) annual Performance Measures Report through technology, data visualization, and a focus on service delivery. The OCA implemented Microsoft BowerBI to automatically access county departmental information and create detailed reports; used GIS platforms to geocode data and translate it into geographic views; and integrated the Social Progress Imperative index to measure how well the county provides for the community.
