Durham, NC created the Innovate Durham Partnership program to collaborate with local startups
The city of Durham's 16-week partnership program gives local startups an opportunity to develop and test products with feedback and mentorship from city staff. Participants are required to attend several in-person events: program kickoff, cohort check ins, and Demo Day. Participants must also check in with Innovate Durham staff every two weeks to discuss the progress of the project. The program is designed to expose government to new technologies that can help solve city problems.
