Richmond Hill, ON envisions future infrastructure needs with Enterprise Asset Management System

Richmond Hill's EAMS prioritizes infrastructure decisions based on realistic projections of financial conditions and community needs. The EAMS was developed by a cross-departmental team to accurately capture 300,000 city assets. City officials find current information on the lifecycle, risk, and service levels of assets ranging from community centers to sewers. The system projects future asset conditions based on budget increases, decreases, and freezes.

Arapahoe County, CO modernized its financial operations with SAP's new ERP platform with built-in AI

Arapahoe County migrated nearly 20 years worth of financial data into a new ERP system in order to modernize its IT infrastructure and improve the efficiency of its financial operations. The county is one of the first in the public sector to use SAP's S/4HANA system which uses artificial intelligence technology to enhance operations, improve analytics, and enable data-driven decisions.

Scranton, PA partnered with OpenGov to modernize its Enterprise Resource Planning system

The City of Scranton partnered with OpenGov to modernize its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The outdated system placed the city in a high-risk group for security breaches in its digital infrastructure. The decision to update the system followed a ransomware attack which targeted the city's non-emergency response networks. The new cloud-based system will reduce the city’s reliance on paperwork, increase visibility, and improve transparency.
