Saarbrücken, SL installed new self-service terminals for residents to digitally submit documents
The city of Saarbrücken installed new self-service terminals which residents can use for six euros to record and digitize a biometric photo, fingerprints, and signature within a few minutes. The terminals were created to save residents time and effort when applying for and creating identification cards, driving licenses, passports, etc. Residents can also use the self-service terminals to register vehicles, apply for parking permits, and book appointments.
