The ACGOV Chatbot introduced in December 2022 answers frequently asked questions from the county's main page, thus reducing call and email frequency.

This project expands sanitation services to homeless encampments which are a population vulnerable to outbreaks. These sanitation services include increased distribution of hand sanitizers, hygiene packets, and educational materials. This project also includes the installation of additional toilets, hand sanitizer stations, and wash stations at 20 encampment sites.
