Albuquerque, NM Localized Mobile Air Quality Monitor Trailer

Complete

City officials acquired the mobile unit to expand the reach of its five-station network. The trailer captures data on 75 hazardous air pollutants including criteria pollutants established by the U.S. EPA. The city's Environmental Health Department first stationed the trailer at the East San Jose Pool with plans to rotate into other areas. Deployments of at least one year improve the analysis of seasonal air quality variations in underserved neighborhoods.
