Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council launched multi-agency safeguarding hubs to help vulnerable residents access necessary services. The safeguarding hubs contain police officers, social workers, health professionals, educators, and volunteers working in partnership to protect vulnerable residents from exploitation, abuse, and neglect. The safeguarding hubs were designed to streamline access to relevant services for residents in crisis.
