The city approved up to 100 Superpedestrian LINK e-scooters for resident use. The LINK houses a Vehicle Intelligence system that evaluates real-time component status. Riders are slowed to full stops if LINKs operate on sidewalks and outside of geofenced areas. The operator uses plug-in electric vans for low-impact scooter maintenance and collection. Early adopters took advantage of no-fee unlocking and bonus ride credits when they created LINK accounts.

The French national railway SNCF is committed to make public transport more flexible for hybrid teleworkers who need passes that fit their irregular travel schedules.
