Boroondara, VIC Ripple's Career Lab Youth Development

Twelve Boroondara residents aged 18 to 25 will be selected to participate for free in the five-week Career Lab. This virtual program hosts weekly 90-minute presentations by business executives and innovators. Skill-building and small-group sessions accelerate the careers of young adults who take an average of five years to reach full-time employment. Council officials pursued this partnership to complement youth initiatives like the Cookin' Beets Program and Boroondara Youth Voice.
