Burlington, VT Supportive Quarantine Pilot COVID-19
The Supportive Quarantine Pilot required returning college students to pledge 14 days of quarantine in compliance with the state's health order. City staffers provided masks, sanitizer, a basket of essential goods, and a library card to each participant. The pilot included daily check-in calls to evaluate physical health and short-term needs. Participants were eligible to end quarantine early if they received negative tests after seven days.
