Livingstone, QLD upgrades its Disaster Dashboard with community and business communication tools
Livingstone added a Community Check-in forum with resident questions monitored by council officers. Forum users post photos, videos, and additional information during disasters to assist emergency responders. Local companies register for the Business Portal and update dashboard users on hours, services, and inventory following emergency events. A new Opt-in Notification tool sends subscribers weather alerts posted to the dashboard.
