Deltella is a conversational bot loaded with the latest guidance on COVID-19. The bot is accessible from the bottom-right corner of any city webpage and opens to an FAQ section. Residents chat with Deltella about vaccinations, testing, and assistance using a familiar messaging format. City staffers regularly evaluate the bot's performance for calibration. Delta plans an expansion of Deltella's skills and integration with other city services based on pilot data.
