Derby, KS makes zoning and subdivision regulation amendments
The recently adopted Vision Derby 2040 Comprehensive Plan identifies several new policy priorities for which amendments to the zoning and subdivision regulations are needed, including: mixed-use development, walkable development, development of special districts in Derby's town center, and revitalization of existing neighborhoods. Opportunities to streamline development review and permitting processes and to clarify ambiguous regulations also will be explored.
