The San Sebastián City Council launched the "DSSMarketPlaza" online state-of-the-art sales platform to digitize local commerce. There are currently 209 local outlets registered on the DSSMarketPlaza platform across several categories including Food, Beauty/Health, Fashion, Leisure/Culture, and Home/Decoration. In the first six months, the DSSMarketPlaza platform acquired 4,450 registered users and over 4,400 products on sale.

Project Succeeded

In the first six months, the DSSMarketPlaza platform has generated 140,000 euros in local sales from 37,000 unique site visits. For every 100 unique visits the platform received 4 purchases with an average price of more than 42 euros per purchase. Approximately 42% of the purchases were made by people from San Sebastián; 14% from Madrid; 3% from Barcelona and 2% from Zaragoza.
