Elko, NV introduced an online police report feature for non-emergency situations
The Citizen Online Crime Reporting tool simplifies the reporting process for categories like hit and runs, animal abuse, and phone scams and harassment. City residents are able to print free copies of their reports for consultation if further police investigations are necessary.
