Elmbridge and Runnymede partnered with Brooklands College to assist at least 150 residents aged 18 to 24. Three Youth Hub locations conduct one-on-one career evaluations with professionals who are unemployed, laid off, or struggling with their direction. Advisers identify combinations of job trials, courses, and apprenticeships that can lead to sustainable employment. Free interview coaching and resume assistance help applicants land their preferred jobs.
