Fareham Borough Council launched the Fareham Community Lottery to raise funds for local charities and community organisations. Registered groups will receive 40% of each £1 ticket sale when the purchaser selects their organisation as the primary recipient. The remaining 60% of ticket revenues will go toward weekly draw prizes of up to £25,000 for participants with matching numbers. Groups can register their organisation now and residents will be able to purchase tickets on the Council's website.

Fareham Borough Council launched a "Shop Local, Eat Local" campaign, including colorful posters and an online directory of food outlets offering discounts, to encourage residents to support local businesses. The Council designed the awareness campaign to maintain the trend of local shopping which started during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The Fareham ShopMobility service provides electric scooters and wheelchairs to increase accessibility in the town centre and surrounding shopping areas.

Fareham Borough Council, GB launched Fareham Street Aid donation cards with QR codes for donations
Fareham Borough Council in partnership with Fareham Street Aid launched new donation cards. These cards allow residents to scan a QR code in order to provide money directly to the Two Saints charity for the homeless. The Council recommends that residents show individuals the card when approached for money on the street to encourage vulnerable people to access resources that help them get off the streets. The Council also placed the QR code on posters throughout the town centre.
